Aryzta sources raw materials according to RSPO criteria. They have set a target for all finished product packaging to be FSC certified by 2018. All cardboard boxes for finished product are currently 85% recycled cardboard.

All electricity on site is 100% green energy. They also have a specific target of a 5% reduction in total energy usage during the duration of their Origin Green plan.

Aryzta have a number of initiatives which focuses on the health and wellbeing of their employees while also focusing on a healthy range of products under the following categories: reduced salt, source of Vitamin D and high protein breads.
They have achieved zero waste to landfill for their site, and general waste is minimised using the waste hierarchy model.
