Coghlan's Artisan Bakers is a family-owned and managed bakery business located in Co. Kildare, Ireland. Established in 1988 by Brendan and Yolanda Coghlan, the bakery started with a single retail outlet located in Dublin city centre. In 1993, Coghlan's began to focus on the frozen foodservice opportunities that emerged during the period. The retail bakery outlet closed and Coghlan's specialised in manufacturing fully baked, thaw and serve bread and pastry products.
In 2007, due to the growth of frozen baked goods in Ireland, a strategic decision was made to relocate the bakery to a purpose-built site in Naas, Co. Kildare. This move was designed to allow the business to meet all new and future legal and industry standards for the manufacture of baked goods. Since 2008, Coghlan's Bakery has grown to be one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of fully baked gourmet burger buns, soft breads and pastries to both the frozen foodservice and retail markets at home and abroad.
