Goodness Grains is a family owned and run business, established in 2013 to bring “As Good As” high quality bakery products to the Coeliac consumer and increasingly now the mainstream global markets.
The 20,000 sq ft bakery is a dedicated purpose built Gluten Free bakery , offering Coeliacs complete peace of mind in relation to issues of concern for them, i.e. traceability and cross contamination of gluten free products. With on-site freezing, our customers are guaranteed maximum freshness.
Our product range is 100% Gluten and Wheat Free - we test to < 5ppm gluten. Additionally, our entire bread range is Dairy and Egg Free and suitable for VEGANS. The bakery is a Nut Free facility.
We have implemented a world standard supplier accreditation system – all ingredients verified back to source. Our integrated IT system controls all recipes and allows full traceability from raw ingredients to finished products.
Goodness Grains produce the broadest range of Gluten Free bakery products under one roof including our unique range of Gluten Free Viennoiserie.
We manufacture all our products – there is no Production out sourcing.
Goodness Grains sources 100% of Eggs from Origin Green Verified Members. This company is also committed to sourcing 100% of milk sourced from certified Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme Suppliers.
Goodness Grains is a dedicated Gluten Free Bakery and a Nut Free Production Facility. Its goal is to become a 'Free From Bakery'. With many products already Milk and Egg Free also, this company is committed to working in the area of total allergen elimination and its next target will be the elimination of Sesame Seeds from the Production Line. This will be achieved by reviewing and revising product recipes to see how they can eliminate and/or substitute sesame seeds.
