About the company

Goodness Grains is a family owned and run business, established in 2013 to bring "As Good As" high quality bakery products to the Coeliac consumer and increasingly now the mainstream global markets.

The 20,000 sq ft bakery is a dedicated purpose built Gluten Free bakery , offering coeliacs complete peace of mind in relation to issues of concern for them, i.e. traceability and cross contamination.

The BRC 'AA' graded facility operates to a world standard supplier accreditation system - all ingredients verified back to source. Our integrated IT system controls all recipes and allows full traceability from raw ingredients to finished products.

Our product range is 100% Gluten and Wheat Free - we test to < 5ppm gluten. Additionally, our entire bread range is Dairy and Egg Free and suitable for VEGANS. The bakery is a Nut Free facility.

Our product range comprises Gluten Free Breads and Bagels, Muffins and Baked Goods (cakes, scones, tartlets). Our entire range is available in formats suitable for both Retail and Foodservice.

Listening to our consumer needs drives our new product development and it allows us to bring new unique products to the category such as our Viennoiserie range of Gluten Free Croissants and Danish Pastries.

We supply both retail and foodservice ranges to the Irish and UK markets and we also supply a number of European markets.
