About the company

Crossogue Preserves was established by Veronica Molloy in Co. Tipperary 23 years ago. Currently, there are nine staff members working at Crossogue Preserves alongside Veronica, who makes the preserves from traditional family recipes handed down to her by her mother-in-law Nancy Molloy.

Crossogue Preserves supplies specialist boutique craft shops and delis across Ireland, Europe and North America with a range of handmade jams, chutneys, marmalades, jellies and coulis.

Crossogue Preserves produces more than 90 products and has won in excess of 50 awards at the internationally acclaimed Great Taste Awards and Marmalade Awards.

Key Sustainability Commitments

Committed to Responsible Sourcing

Crossogue Preserves source 100% of their Irish raw materials from local suppliers who are located within an hour of transport.

Enhancing Local Biodiversity

Crossogue Preserves have transformed their on-site green space by planting 25 fruit trees and maintaining all hedgerows in the space. This is creating habitats for birds and pollinators and thus increasing biodiversity on the site.

Focusing on Food Waste

Crossogue Preserves are implementing a food waste composting system on site. The compost generated will be used in the garden.

Focus on Health and Nutrition

Currently, one-third of the Crossogue Preserves product range account for sugar-free products.
