Erica Sheehan always enjoyed experimenting in her kitchen, taking her favourite recipes and giving them a nutritious twist. This led to the creation of health food company Homespun and her popular gluten-free Quinoa Crunch range. A healthy spin on granola, Quinoa Crunch is made from high protein grains such as quinoa, as well as an array of nutritious nuts and seeds.
Initially, Erica created her products for local health food stores, but word spread and she soon started supplying artisan food stores around Ireland as well as Supervalu, Ireland's top retailer.
