About the company

Key Ingredients Europe Limited was set up in July 2013 by five founding executives/directors, all of whom have significant industry experience in key functional areas of the organisation such as R&D, Quality, Production and Finance. The company is focussed on preparing seasoning blends for the meat and food industry including sausage, black & white pudding, chicken breading, burger seasoning, peppered steak seasonings, glazes, stuffing’s as well as gluten free and vegan blends. They also supply other ingredients such as rusk, crumb, starches, phosphates and colours. Key Ingredients is a customer driven business focused on customer service and quality. The company achieved Grade A BRC Certification in October 2014 and are also HACCP certified.

Key Ingredients are committed to achieving an overall 10% reduction in total waste generated in the business by 2023 targeting reductions of 2% per year. They will focus on more efficient use of raw materials and planning of production to achieve this target.
