Starting out of his mother's kitchen, Paul Moore began making chilli sauce with his brother. In 2014 Paul decided to go full-time with the business. Success soon followed when Rebel Chilli won Gold for their Red Chilli at the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards.
Rebel Chilli will reduce the use of water, generation of waste and minimise and monitor electricity usage with the aim of reducing usage by 10% over the duration of the five year plan.
All Rebel Chilli products are low in sugar and salt, fat, do not have an additives or preservatives and all of them are gluten- free
