The Merry Mill is a family-run organic farm and mill located in County Laois, Ireland. The Scully Family takes pride in producing a range of premium organic gluten-free foods, including irish organic gluten free oats, organic gluten free flour, and organic produce. In fact, they've even built Ireland's first organic gluten-free oat mill! From growing and harvesting to milling and packing, the Scullys control every aspect of the production process to ensure the highest quality gluten-free food. Their products consistently test below 5ppm for gluten, so you can trust that you're getting the best quality foods.

The Merry Mill products are found in local health food stores and artisan food stores nationwide as well as restaurants, bakeries, cafés and food emporiums. Since 2017, The Merry Mill has been exporting to Israel as they are uniquely qualified to produce kosher oats from their single origin grain, certified organic and gluten free, grown in a quiet part of the world.

The Merry Mill is committed to sourcing 100% organic ingredients.

Commitment to Waste Management

The Merry Mill has committed to setting up a refillery at the mill, to reduce waste and encourage customers to reuse their packaging. They plan to increase refillery sales volumes to 1.6% of their sales by 2027.

Commitment to Biodiversity

The Merry Mill has committed to increasing the bee and bird population on the farm by increasing the number of beehives and erecting bird boxes and have 9 and 10, respectively by 2027.

Social Commitment to Sharing Knowledge

The Merry Mill has committed to Open Farm days to educate people on organic farming practices, share knowledge on food production and encourage healthy eating. They have committed to increase the number of open days to 4 annually over the course of the plan.
