Carroll Cuisine plan to source 50% of raw material for Poultry and 90% for Pork from organisations with sustainable credentials by 2019.
They aim to source 100% of their electricity from renewable sources by 2020.
The company have set target to reduce waste going to landfill by 50% by 2020.
