Dew Valley Foods is Europe's largest and leading cooked bacon manufacturer. We are a privately owned independent company with our Head Office and EU-approved ultra-modern factory in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Dew Valley was the first company in Europe to introduce the benefits of microwave technology to the commercial production of cooked bacon.
We are European leaders in microwave technology, enabling us to supply a wide range of exceptionally consistent products. Our ready-cooked streaky rashers already enjoy a significant share of the U.K. prepared bacon sandwich and burger market and we have diversified into value added products to satisfy the requirements of our customers.

Since 2015 Dew Valley has decreased waste going to land fill by 44% and aims to reduce it by a further 31% by the end of 2018

Between 2015 and the end of 2019 Dew Valley have set a target of reducing water consumption by 43%
Focused on Health & Nutrition:
Dew Valley have set a target of a 5% salt reduction in all their recipes by the end of 2018.
