Jack & Eddie's
Jack & Eddie's was established as a small farm to fork business in 2011 selling sausages at the Country Market in Westport, Co. Mayo. Over the years we have increased our product range, we deal with more suppliers and we distribute to most parts of Ireland. We know that we have a responsibility to carry out our business in a sustainable way. We have set sustainability targets through the Origin Green programme to be achieved between 2020 to 2024. It is our ambition to add to new goals and targets to ensure we reduce waste, increase recyclability, reduce carbon footprint and support our communities and employees wellbeing.
