About the company
Rosie & Jim are specialists in Gluten Free breaded and battered chicken and turkey products such as Chicken Goujons, Chunks, Strips and Fillets, for supply to both Retail and Foodservice sectors for home and export markets.
All products are manufactured in-house using fresh premium grade whole fillet and cleanest of ingredients to achieve products that ooze quality with a very natural 'homemade' appeal.
Founded in 1997 the business is owned and managed by husband and wife Jimmy and Rosie McLoughlin.
Operating to the highest standards of food compliance from its Dublin based production facility, the company employ a team of 50+ staff highly skilled in manufacturing, food technology and customer service.
