Established by Jim Harty in 1985, Dungarvan Shellfish Ltd is a family-operated business. Now run by Harty's sons and daughter Ray. Joe, Shay and Ita, Dungarvan Shellfish sells quality gigas oysters worldwide. Harty's supply top quality, purified oysters packed to your specifications (timer boxes, poly boxes etc.) with their key customers including Wholesalers, Hotels and Restaurants.

Since 2015, Dungarvan Shellfish have achieved a 43% reduction in electricity usage. They have a wind turbine on-site which generates renewable energy.
