The Morgan family have built on a tradition to provide quality seafood products to the highest processing standards, in their state of the art hand filleting processing facility, overlooking Carlingford Lough.

Involvement in the Local Community:
Morgan's Fine Fish is the current sponsor of the Carlingford Oyster festival and plan to continue to sponsor the event, as well as provide support to additional community initiatives.
Commitment to Water Use:
Reduction Morgan's Fine Fish is committed to reducing their water use by 29% during the course of their plan.
Commitment to Partnership:
Morgan's Fine Fish run a seafood academy for their partners. The main elements of the programme include consumer promotion, quality control and assurance, fish handling skills and fish preparation guidelines. As part of Origin Green, Morgan's will continue to roll out and develop this programme.
Commitment to Responsible Sourcing:
Morgan's Fine Fish have committed to having 100% of their raw fish supply coming from suppliers who are accredited as part of the Responsibly Sourced Seafood scheme by 2021.
