Based in St. Patrick’s Mills, Cork, this distillery produces a 100% Potato Vodka and a variety of Potato Gins in small batches using artisanal methods. The added bonus of a grain free distillation is that it’s also naturally gluten free.
We source new make and mature whiskey from a number of Irish Distilleries and patiently age them in our Bonded Warehouse in Cork until ready for blending and bottling. Our multi-award winning Whiskeys are pot still, triple distilled and matured in first fill bourbon barrels, finished in either port, sherry rum or cognac casks..
Target set to have 90% of raw materials sourced from accredited suppliers by 2019.
