From young fresh crottin through to mature Gouda, all cheeses are handmade and matured to suit the customers individual requirements.

Inagh Farmhouse Cheese have helped to preserve traditional Irish apple varieties by planting 25 Irish apple trees on their site .
Inagh Farmhouse cheese hosted over 1,350 visitors through school trips and farm tour groups of all ages, educating them on our sustainable practices.
Inagh Farmhouse Cheese use solar panels to help heat water in the cheese house. All their whey, waste products and effluent are treated on site in specialised equipment that agitates and aerates the mixture to produce natural fertilizer that is spread over the grass fields to provide nutrients to the soil. They harvest rain water that is used to clean the milking parlour and wash down the yard.
